We offer a variety of classes to suit different needs and levels, from heated vinyasa and restorative to more challenging and dynamic classes. Our experienced instructors are dedicated to helping you deepen your practice and achieve your goals, whatever they may be.
Manhattan & Belgrade
The Belgrade studio is located in the Town & Country Shopping Center.
The Manhattan studio is located on Main street 3 doors west of Harvest Moon coffee in the bright blue building.
All Yoga passes work interchangeably to both studios!
