Life Yoga Classes
Life Flow
This 1hr power yoga flow is practiced in a heated room (85-90+ degrees). Designed to create intelligent self awareness, a link between breath and movement, and to get the chi flowing! This meditative workout is dynamic, somatic, and fun. The Life Flow has been specially curated to help you live your BEST life - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. All levels welcome!
Life Flow 45
This 45 minute power yoga flow is the short & sweet (or challenging & sweaty) version of the Life Flow. This is a heated class. All levels welcome!
Life Restore
This class is practiced in a lightly heated room for comfort, is restorative, nourishing, and perfect for anyone, any age, and all levels of yoga experience. Our focus is soft tissue restoration, joint mobility, body stability, and nervous system recalibration. Small movements with deep connection. Gentle stretches + building a little heat.
Life Shape
This heated class is challenging and fun! Our version of a yoga sculpt class. A combination of yoga, pilates, HIIT, barre, and body pump. This class is dynamic, full body, will make you sweat, and whip you into SHAPE. We use weights/bands/blocks. All levels welcome!
