De-Register from class
Please note - we do NOT respond to emails, texts, or messages about de-registering. The only way to de-register from a class is through the student access page or app.

No - you will not be required to pay for class at sign up online. You are welcome to, but you can also pay in person :)
Yes - please bring a mat and a towel large enough to cover most of your mat. A yoga mat towel is best but not required. There are mats available for rent ($2) and yoga mat towels for sale ($20).
Click the student access tab, log in, and then it's only 1 click to de-register.
Yes. One click to register, one click to de-register. If you do not de-register for class 3 hours prior, and the class is full, you will be charged for the no-show.
Absolutely! If you are nervous, the Life Restore class is a great intro class - it's gentle and anyone can do it. If you are looking for more of a challenge the Life Flow is for all levels.
We keep the lights low, which makes it feel more comfortable and accepting.
The Life Flow, Life Flow 45, Shape, Balance 19, and STRONG are heated to 95+ degrees. We offer other classes that are not heated - Yin, Yoga for Every Body, and Life Restore.

To cancel your membership please let us know 15 days before the charge is run. If the charge is run, you will not receive a refund and you won't be canceled until the following month. Once you are within 15 days of your membership renewal date, your membership cannot be canceled until the next month.
