Frequently Asked Questions
Yes - please bring a mat and a towel large enough to cover most of your mat. A yoga mat towel is best but not required. There are mats available for rent ($2) and yoga mat towels for sale ($20).

Yes. One click to register, one click to de-register. If you do not de-register for class 3 hours prior, and the class is full, you will be charged for the no-show.
Absolutely! If you are nervous, the Life Restore class is a great intro class - it's gentle and anyone can do it. If you are looking for more of a challenge the Life Flow is for all levels.
We keep the lights low, which makes it feel more comfortable and accepting.
The Life Flow, Life Flow 45, and Life Shape are heated to 90 degrees. The Life Restore class is heated to comfort.

To cancel your membership please let us know before the charge is run. If the charge is run, you will not receive a refund and you won't be canceled until the following month.
