Yes - please bring a mat and a towel large enough to cover most of your mat - not everyone ends up using their towel. It depends on how much you sweat, you just don't want to slide on your mat. A yoga mat towel is best but not required. There are mats available for rent ($2) and yoga mat towels for sale ($20).

We love it when you do so we know how many are coming, and space is limited. Registering online saves your spot - as we grow we can't promise you a spot in class if you didn't register. You can register online and still pay in cash at the studio if you prefer that over using your card.

Life Shape is our Yoga/Sculpt/Barre/HIIT class, yoga with weights - very challenging & super fun!

Life Foundations is our "learn how" class. Each class will be going over the fundamentals of 10 different poses, workshop style. Get personalized help with your own yoga.

Yes. The Life Flow and Life Shape are heated to 90 degrees.
