Yes - please bring a mat and a towel large enough to cover most of your mat - not everyone ends up using their towel. It depends on how much you sweat, you just don't want to slide on your mat. A yoga mat towel is best but not required. There are mats available for rent ($2) and yoga mat towels for sale ($20).

Yes. Please register for classes. You can register from the calendar page, the app, or the student access page. To de-register, sign in to your student access for 1 click to deregister. OR, use the app to always stay signed in.

If a class is full and you do not de-register and you miss, you will be charged $15. 

Yes! We have men's & women's changing rooms at the Manhattan studio. There is a bathroom you may use to change in at the Belgrade studio.

The Belgrade studio is in the Town & Country shopping center, right next to Rosa's Pizza.

Life Restore is a gentle class that is perfect for all walks of life - and all injuries.

Life Shape is our Yoga/Sculpt/Barre/HIIT class, yoga with weights - very challenging & super fun!

Yes. The Life Flow and Life Shape are heated to 90 degrees. Life Restore is heated to comfort.

14yrs+ are always welcome with a parent. Any younger are welcome to our kid yoga, the first Saturday of every month.
