You may de-register any time up to 3 hours prior to class start. Once you are within that 3 hour period, you cannot de-register. If the class is full and a student fails to de-register, they will be charged $18. 

Students are not charged a no-show fee if the class roster is not full. 

Yes. Please register for classes. You can register from the calendar page, the app, or the student access page. To de-register, sign in to your student access for 1 click to deregister. OR, use the app to always stay signed in.

If a class is full and you do not de-register and you miss, you will be charged $15.

Our Life Flow & Life Flow 45 class is challenging, but good for all levels. 

Life Restore is a gentle class that is perfect for all walks of life - and all injuries.

Life Shape is our Yoga/Sculpt/Barre/HIIT class, yoga with weights - very challenging & super fun!

Yes, some of our classes. The Life Flows, Shape, and STRONG are heated to 95+ degrees.

14yrs+ are always welcome with a parent. Any younger are welcome to our kid yoga.
