Naomi Schadt was born and raised in Watertown, Wisconsin, before moving to Bozeman to attend Montana State University. While earning her degrees, she discovered yoga as a much-needed refuge from the academic grind—and she’s been practicing ever since.

In 2024, Naomi began training for and running half marathons, quickly realizing the importance of balance in her routine. She integrates weight training, yoga, and Pilates into her cross-training and recovery, finding that movement is not just about performance but also about staying grounded and feeling her best.

When she's not on the mat, Naomi can be found lost in a good book, experimenting in the kitchen, or soaking up the outdoors—whether hiking, floating, or camping. She also loves live music, caring for her ever-growing jungle of houseplants, and doting on her adorably demanding cat, Duchess.

Kelli has been immersed in movement since the age of five, starting with dance and later discovering yoga in 2008 while living in Hawaii. Twice-daily walks to a Waikiki studio became a grounding ritual, offering a deep connection between body and spirit.

In 2012, a new opportunity brought her to Montana, where she found Bozeman Power Yoga. Trained in the Ashtanga lineage, she earned her 200-hour certification in early 2023 and now teaches power vinyasa at multiple locations. She has since expanded her training with certifications in Vinyasa Power Yoga, Sculpt Yoga, The Art of Vinyasa, and Jonah Kest’s 7 Doorways methodology.

Kelli sees yoga as a pathway to inner peace. Through creative, breath-driven vinyasa flows, she invites students to embrace the present moment and deepen their self-connection. Off the mat, she fuels her adventurous spirit by hiking, camping, traveling, and exploring Montana’s natural beauty.

My yoga journey began in college in order to stay healthy and build strength and flexibility. Countless vinyasa flows later, I found myself desiring a deeper relationship with my yoga practice, leading to my decision to pursue a teaching certification through YogaMotion Academy (RYT-200 June 2019 graduate). Throughout the months of training, my personal yoga practice matured both physically and spiritually. It was this profound connection to yoga that has drawn me to the teacher’s seat with the yearning to help bring others a deeply spiritual and foundational yoga practice.

Debbie Watkins started practicing yoga in the 70's with the formerly prominent Light of Yoga Society in Cleveland Heights, Ohio.  Putting her practice aside for many years, her passion for yoga was rekindled twelve years ago.  Yoga has been central to her life since then as witnessed by practicing with numerous teachers, completing a 15-month 200-hour RYT training, increasing her knowledge of yoga philosophy and meditation, working toward her 500-hour certification, and purchasing a yoga studio and teaching all-level classes in the Akron area.  Upon selling her studio and moving to Orange County, CA, Debbie has taught yoga classes in several local studios and continues teaching on Zoom since 2020.

What I'm excited to share about yoga, is finding peace.

I have a hard time sitting still, I'm always trying new things and my brain doesn't stop. Yoga has taught me it's ok to slow down, breathe and be in the moment and I want to help people find their peace.

The outdoors and movement have always been a big part of Ashlee’s life. When she moved to Montana nine years ago, she became a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, which grew her passion not only for fitness and wellness but also for helping others discover these benefits for themselves and find their confidence. Yoga has woven in and out of Ashlee’s life over the years, becoming a key part of both her physical strength and her mental clarity. As a dedicated trail runner, she knows the importance of strength training, stretching, and listening to the body, and she brings that same mindful, balanced approach into every class she teaches.

I love that this practice will meet you where you’re at, and there’s a million different ways to practice. When I first started practicing yoga, it was just to find calmness and strengthen my body. It goes so far beyond that, it offers me connection to myself, life and to others.

Exploring yoga and going through YTT has given me a deeper understanding of techniques I can take off the mat and integrate into my lifestyle. I’m so excited to help guide others home to themselves and share my passion about the importance of exploration within.

I found yoga in college when I was searching for deeper connection & meaning. Like many, my relationship with the practice has ebbed & flowed- at times close & devoted, at other times distant. Through it all yoga has remained a steady invitation to return to myself, exactly as I am.

I grew up in Montana, where spending time in nature shaped the way I move through the world. I love camping, hiking, snowboarding, and being outdoors, & I draw a lot of inspiration from the natural rhythms of the land- something that continues to influence my teaching. Im also a dog mom and come from a big family, which has taught me the value of connection, patience, & showing up with an open heart.

For me, yoga is about creating space- space to breathe, to feel, to soften, and to reconnect. I see yoga as both a physical practice and a way of moving through the world with more presence & kindness. My classes weave together mindful flow, strength, and moments of ease, offering the freedom to explore movement in a way that feels both authentic & expansive. My hope is that you leave class feeling more grounded, more connected & a little more at home in yourself.

Melissa was born and raised in Montana and has deep family roots in the Gallatin Valley. She is a licensed Counselor and has been passionate about helping others since her teenage years. Melissa practiced yoga in the past with a casual approach and this last year, sought out yoga again for deeper reasons. While trying to find balance as a mother, wife, and counselor, she reunited with her practice and the spark to do more bodywork was lit. Being able to find stillness and calm in the mind as well as strength and validation in the body has been life changing. Melissa recently completed her 200h YTT with Life Studio and wants to provide space for others that may be searching for balance, clarity, and connection. She will greet you in class with non-judgement, acceptance, and permission to just be yourself and hopefully you leave with much more.
