Yoga for me is a tool for life. It's a way to get out of my own way, and move better and easier, while freeing my mind. I love sharing this fun, dynamic, healing, and nourishing practice with others.

Some of my fondest memories are those where I've been regularly practicing or involved with the yoga community. The connection yoga gives me to myself, as well as to others, is deeply meaningful. I believe yoga nurtures the vital mind-body connection. I want to help others discover this connection within themselves so they feel confident listening to and trusting their bodies. Having grown up doing gymnastics, cheer, dive and yoga, movement (physical and mental) holds a special place in my life and I love exploring all styles of yoga. I believe developing a yoga practice is a lifelong journey unique to the individual and I feel very grateful to continue mine here at The Life Studio.

Naomi Schadt was born and raised in Watertown, Wisconsin, before moving to Bozeman to attend Montana State University. While earning her degrees, she discovered yoga as a much-needed refuge from the academic grind—and she’s been practicing ever since.
In 2024, Naomi began training for and running half marathons, quickly realizing the importance of balance in her routine. She integrates weight training, yoga, and Pilates into her cross-training and recovery, finding that movement is not just about performance but also about staying grounded and feeling her best.
When she's not on the mat, Naomi can be found lost in a good book, experimenting in the kitchen, or soaking up the outdoors—whether hiking, floating, or camping. She also loves live music, caring for her ever-growing jungle of houseplants, and doting on her adorably demanding cat, Duchess.
I am from Saint Simons Island, Georgia. I moved to Montana three years ago and completed my 200hr certifications. I love movement of the body while connecting with the mind and soul. The gratitude that I have for yoga is difficult to put into words, but something I honor by showing up on the mat. I am excited to share my practice and flow with y’all!

I recently rekindled my relationship with yoga as an adult in the pursuit of stillness, drawn by the grounding presence it brought to my life.
The Asana practice can help to plant the seed within every one of us to create a union among all other sectors of our experience.
Seeking to deepen my own daily practice, I wound up in Kerala, India, where I completed my 200-hour YTT in both Ashtanga and Hatha yoga. My teaching reflects this blend of intensity and mindfulness, offering a mix of dynamic, heat-building sequences alongside opportunities for a more gradual, reflective flow.

With a deep-rooted passion for nature and travel, I began my yoga journey in the beautiful landscapes of Hawaii, where I completed my first 200-hour yoga teacher training in Vinyasa.
The serene environment sparked a desire to dive deeper, leading me to India for an advanced 300-hour training in Akhanda Yoga—a holistic approach that integrates various yoga styles.
Through my teaching, I aim to bring the balance and inspiration I’ve found in nature and the joy of exploring the world to each class, guiding students toward their own sense of peace and presence.
When I’m not on the mat, you’ll find me soaking in hot springs or discovering new places and cultures, always in awe of the journey.
