Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class. We do not allow late entry and we start classes promptly at start time to honor everyone's time and schedules. Last minute arrivals are disruptive and delay the class. 

We do not allow talking during class. If you talk, we assume you need first aid or that something bad has happened. It's also very disrespectful to everyone in class. If you do talk, we may ask you to leave. Please NO phones during class. 

We flow together as a collective. We don't mind if you need to modify the pose or even sit one out. What does get very confusing and distracting, is if you come and do your own thing during class. It's confusing for new students, distracting for teachers, and frankly it's rude. For your own safety and the safety and respect of others and the teacher, we flow together.

Monthly unlimited membership, auto-renews every 30 days, cancel anytime. (To cancel email thelifeyogastudio@gmail.com at least 15 days prior to your auto renew date. Otherwise, your membership will be canceled the following month.)

No refunds once payment has been run!

Our de-registration policy: A student must de-register before 3hrs prior to class. We don't allow de-registration 3hrs within class start. If the class is FULL, and the student has failed to de-register, you will be charged $18. 

We only charge a fee if the class is FULL.
